It started with a decade of doing it someone else's way.

Maia spent ten-plus years as lead injector inside one of the region's most respected dermatology practices. She trained under some of the best in the field, built a loyal following, and learned exactly what makes a treatment work — and exactly what gets in the way of it.
What got in the way was rarely the injector. It was the model. Overbooked days. Providers who rotated before a real relationship could form. Patients treated as the next name on the list instead of a face she'd remember walking back in.

Maia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and injector with more than a decade of clinical experience, most recently as lead injector at a leading Pittsburgh-area dermatology practice. She earned her MSN from the University of Pittsburgh, trained in advanced facial anatomy and injection technique through the Allergan Medical Institute, and is a member of the American Med Spa Association.
Her approach is simple: subtle work, sound anatomy, and a plan built around the person in the chair — not a price list. She'd rather under-treat and bring you back than chase a dramatic before-and-after that doesn't look like you, only rested, ten years younger, or however you're hoping to feel.
